At Star Century Solutions - our mission is to provide quality, affordable, structured independent housing to vulnerable groups such as Seniors, low-income individuals, Veterans, people experiencing homelessness, disabled, adult men and women.

Independent Living
Star Century Solutions provides affordable shared independent living for people who:
- Can complete daily task such as bathing and dressing without assistance.
- Are self-sufficient and does not need hands on care.
- Want a maintenance free shared home & lifestyle
- Are active and socially engaged
- Enjoy a communal atmosphere
Eligibility for Independent Living
Eligibility Criteria
Any of the following can make you eligible for our independent housing
- Guaranteed income (Main Criteria)
- SSI/SSDI
- Veterans benefit
- Pension/retirement
- Private Pay
- Sponsorship
- Adherence to structured environment
Age Requirement: Participants must be 21 years of age or older.
Shared Environment: You must be able to share living space with others; in addition to following the rules of the home.
Ability to Live Independently: You must be able to perform Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) without assistance, such as bathing, dressing, cooking, and managing your own medications.
Good Health: Participants are generally expected to be in good physical and mental health, without major medical conditions requiring constant medical attention or skilled nursing care.
Financial Stability: You must have a stable source of income (e.g. SSI/SSDI, retirement benefits, savings, pension, employment) to cover the living expenses, as these costs are usually not covered by health insurance or Medicare.
Individuals with Disabilities: Anyone with a disability is eligible for our independent living program as long as you are comfortable taking care of yourself and does not require assistance.
